IBOCore vs IBOSource, what each provider publishes.

Two providers, two different offers, compared on what their own websites state: the package, the entity and the director, the bank account, documents, delivery, pricing, verticals and support. Where ibosource.com does not publish an attribute, this page says so instead of guessing.

01.

Two offers, read from their own sites

This page compares published facts, not outcomes. Neither provider decides what an acquirer will answer.

IBOCore sells one product: a ready-to-deploy US IBO package for merchants who need a US merchant account. IBO stands for Independent Business Operator, the US-resident nominee director who carries the entity, the EIN and the bank account. The package ships from inventory with the director, the documents, the bank access, a professional email, a US residential proxy and Telegram support. Every IBO is sourced and qualified in-house; nothing is resold.

IBOSource, operated under the name IBO Source LLC at ibosource.com, describes its core offer as an IBOP package: LLC formation, a "verified U.S. business partner", a business address, business bank account opening and supporting documents. Its site also lists stand-alone LLC formation, consulting and a referral program. It expands the IBO acronym differently from IBOCore and does not use the words nominee, signer or director.

The table below puts the two offers side by side on the attributes a merchant checks before paying, from what is sold to exclusivity and inventory visibility. For how IBOCore builds its packages, see US IBO provider; for the questions to put to any provider before paying, see how to find an IBO.

IBOSource attributes on this page were read on ibosource.com on 2026-09-24 (home, FAQs, benefits and contact pages) and may have changed since. IBOCore attributes are the ones published on ibocore.com on the same date. Check both sites before you decide.

Where the two models differ

Four structural differences that follow from the table. None of them is a statement about quality.

Pricing on the page, or after a consultation

IBOCore publishes both plans and the three add-ons with figures on its homepage. IBOSource publishes a pricing model, flat fee with customized packages, and quotes the rate after a free consultation.

Inventory, or assignment

IBOCore delivers from a public inventory of packages that are already built, the same day the payment confirms. IBOSource assigns a partner after contact; a delivery time is not published.

State of incorporation

IBOCore incorporates every entity in the director's home state, so the entity, the ID and the proof of address point to the same place. IBOSource offers all 50 states, names Delaware, Wyoming and Florida as popular choices, and says registration depends on the assigned partner's home state.

One product, or several services

IBOCore sells the package only; formation, a signer or a bank account are not sold separately. IBOSource lists the IBOP package plus stand-alone LLC formation, consulting and a referral program.

Questions that fill the Not published cells

Each question matches a row where one site says less than the other. Ask both providers in writing, so the answers compare with the table.

  • Delivery time: how many days from payment to the entity documents, the bank access and the person's contact details?
  • Bank account: which bank, and do you get credentials with wires in and out and a card, or a view of the balance?
  • Exclusivity: are the person and the entity dedicated to you, and has either of them processed before?
  • Vetting: what credit score does the person have to clear, and who ran the background check?
  • Price and payment: setup and ongoing fees in writing, the date the ongoing fee starts, and the accepted payment methods.
  • Verticals: which are served and refused, and which plan applies to yours? For IBOCore, the answer is on industries.

IBOCore packages are permanently in stock and delivered the same day the payment confirms. Names are masked until you sign in.

What a published-facts comparison cannot tell you

No provider decides whether an acquirer approves a merchant account. Underwriters review the entity, the director, the bank account, the documents and the website, and their decision depends on your vertical, your billing model and your processing history. A comparison of published attributes tells you what each provider commits to on paper, not what an acquirer will say. Treat any provider promise about an approval outcome as a warning sign.

It also cannot tell you how either provider performs day to day: how quickly a verification call is answered, how a bank query is handled, or what happens when a MID is terminated. IBOCore publishes its operating conditions for that reason: no clawbacks if a MID is terminated, one merchant per IBO, activation within 30 days, honest classification of the business, billing that starts 30 days after delivery. Read them in full on why IBOCore before you order.

If you are weighing IBOSource against IBOCore, put the same questions to both, in writing, and compare the answers with the table above. IBOCore answers on Telegram; the packages themselves are listed in the inventory with their state and opening date.

08.

IBOCore vs IBOSource, frequently asked

Follow-up questions, answered from what both sites publish.

Is IBOSource related to IBOCore?

No. They are two unrelated companies with two separate websites. IBOCore has operated since 2024 and sources every IBO in-house. IBOSource operates ibosource.com under the name IBO Source LLC, with a published postal address in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. IBOCore does not resell or broker packages from IBOSource or from any other provider.

Does IBOSource publish its prices?

Not as figures, as of 2026-09-24. Its site states "flat-fee pricing with customized packages" and invites you to book a free consultation to get a rate for your industry. IBOCore publishes both plans on its homepage: White Hat at $1,999 setup then $4,499 per month, Grey Hat at $2,499 setup then 9% of deposit volume, plus the three add-ons.

Does IBO mean the same thing on both sites?

No. On ibocore.com, IBO means Independent Business Operator: the US-resident nominee director who carries the entity, the EIN and the bank account for one merchant. IBOSource expands the acronym differently and packages it as an IBOP with a "verified U.S. business partner"; the words nominee, signer and director do not appear on its site. Ask each provider what the person actually signs.

In which state does each provider incorporate?

IBOCore incorporates every LLC or C-Corp in the director's home state, the state on the director's ID and proof of address, because acquirers check that coherence. IBOSource states it can register LLCs in all 50 states, names Delaware, Wyoming and Florida as popular choices, and says in its FAQ that registration depends on the assigned partner's home state.

How fast does each provider deliver?

IBOCore delivers the same day the payment confirms, from packages that are already built and listed in the inventory; acquirer onboarding then takes 3 to 10 business days on the acquirer's side. IBOSource does not publish a delivery or turnaround time; its process starts with a Telegram message or a free consultation, followed by partner assignment.

Is IBOCore an IBOSource alternative for high-risk processing?

IBOCore packages are built for high-risk merchant accounts: a fresh entity, a director with a clean record and a credit score of 650 or more, full bank access, and two plans split by billing model. IBOSource's site mentions Stripe, PayPal and other U.S.-based processors and does not use high-risk wording. Whether either fits depends on your vertical; IBOCore's served and refused lists are on the industries page.
