Buy a US company with a bank account, delivered the same day.
One package, one payment: a fresh US entity with its EIN, a US-resident director who has already passed KYC, a business bank account you control, and the documentation acquirers ask for. Sourced and delivered by IBOCore, not resold.
What a US company with a bank account means here
Not a shelf entity and not a formation-only bundle: an operating package built for merchant accounts.
Most "US company with bank account" offers stop at the paperwork: a state filing, an EIN letter and, at best, a fintech account opened in a hurry. That is enough to invoice a client. It is not enough to be underwritten by a US acquirer, because the file has no US-resident person behind it and no banking history a processor can read.
The IBOCore package is built the other way round. It starts with the person: a US-resident Independent Business Operator (IBO) with a clean record, a credit score of 650 or more and a submission-ready KYC file. The company is incorporated in that director's home state, the EIN is issued to it, the bank account is opened in its name, and every document you receive matches every other one. That coherence is what an underwriter checks first.
You get full operational access to the bank account (inbound and outbound wires, a debit card, no minimum balance) and the director does not interfere with the business. See what is an IBO for the role in detail, and rent an IBO for the contract side.
What arrives with the package
The same list as the homepage "What is included" section, because it is the same package.
US business entity
An LLC or C-Corp incorporated in the director's state, with the EIN already issued. Articles of incorporation and the operating agreement are in the file.
Nominee director (IBO)
A real, verifiable US-resident individual who went through every KYC step, bank onboarding and processor verification. Never used for another merchant before.
Business bank account
Opened at Bluebanc or Relay in the company's name. Inbound and outbound wires, debit card, no minimum balance, full access handed to you.
Complete documentation
Director and business documents: government ID, proof of address, articles, operating agreement, EIN letter. Ready to upload to an acquirer.
Professional email and US proxy
A contact address on the company domain and a dedicated US residential IP, so logins and applications come from where the company lives.
Director collaboration and support
Verification calls answered by the director, no stolen identities, and a private Telegram group with an account manager, 24/7.
Package, shelf company or do-it-yourself formation
Three ways to end up with a US company. Only one of them is designed for a merchant account application.
IBOCore does not sell aged or shelf entities: every package is a fresh entity with a director who has never processed before, one merchant per director.
How to buy one
The same four steps as every IBOCore package. No KYC on you, no notary, no travel.
- 01
Step 01
Contact a representative on Telegram
Say what you sell, where you process today and which plan looks right. Merchants are reviewed on their business proofs before they get dashboard access.
- 02
Step 02
Choose your package
Pick an available entity in the inventory and a plan: White Hat (flat monthly fee) or Grey Hat (revenue share). Add-ons such as bank pages or a document template pack are optional.
- 03
Step 03
Complete the payment
Setup fee in USDT or USDC on ERC20 or TRC20. Billing for the ongoing plan starts 30 days after delivery, not at sign-up.
- 04
Step 04
Receive the package and open your MIDs
The documents, the bank access and the director's contact arrive on Telegram the same day. Bring your own ISO or apply directly; the package works with every major high-risk acquirer.
Packages are permanently in stock and delivered the same day you purchase. Names are masked until you sign in.
Operating conditions to know before you buy
Written on the homepage and enforced. They keep every package clean for the next merchant.
- One merchant, one IBO. A director is never shared and never reused.
- Activate within 30 days. An idle package can be reclaimed; the setup fee is not refunded.
- Honest classification. Subscription-heavy billing belongs on Grey Hat; misclassifying a business suspends the package.
- No prohibited verticals. Adult content, online gambling, pharmacy, firearms, crypto exchanges and anything fraudulent are refused; see industries.
- Billing anchored on delivery. The monthly fee or the revenue share starts 30 days after you receive the package.
- Full bank access, zero interference. You run the business; the director answers verification calls and signs what the acquirer requires.
Red flags when buying a US company elsewhere
The offers that look cheaper usually cost the merchant account later.
- A "company with bank account" whose director is not named, not reachable or cannot answer a verification call.
- An account opened with someone else's login that you are asked to "take over" instead of being onboarded as the operator.
- An entity incorporated in a state where nobody involved lives, especially a Wyoming shell.
- A director who has already signed for other merchants: a terminated MID on that name follows you.
- Promises that the acquirer will say yes, or success percentages used as a selling point. No provider controls an acquirer's decision.
Buying a US company with a bank account, frequently asked
The questions merchants send on Telegram before their first package.
Is the bank account really in my hands?
Yes. The account is opened in the company's name at Bluebanc or Relay and the full operational access is handed to you: wires in and out, debit card, no minimum balance. The director does not touch the business.
How fast is delivery?
The same day the payment confirms. The package is already built, so the documents, the bank access and the director's contact arrive on Telegram within hours, not weeks.
Do I need to pass KYC or travel to the US?
No KYC on you, no notary and no travel. The director carries the KYC file. IBOCore does review every merchant on business proofs (what you sell, your volume, your processing history) before granting dashboard access.
What does it cost?
Two plans, both published on the homepage: White Hat, $1,999 setup then $4,499 per month, for standard high-risk e-commerce, dropshipping and info-products; Grey Hat, $2,499 setup then 9% of deposit volume, for subscription-heavy billing. Ongoing billing starts 30 days after delivery.
Is it an aged or shelf company?
No. Every entity is fresh, incorporated in the director's home state, with no processing history. A shelf company with an unknown past is exactly what acquirers flag.
Can I use my own ISO agent to open the merchant account?
Yes. The package is processor-agnostic. Bring any ISO or apply directly; the director answers the acquirer's verification calls.
