US company for non-residents, with the US director and bank account you cannot get alone.
An LLC or C-Corp incorporated in a US-resident director's home state, with the EIN issued, the director on file, the business bank account opened and the documents an acquirer asks for. Delivered the same day payment confirms, run by you, with no KYC, notary or travel on your side.
What a US company for non-residents has to do
Incorporating is the easy part. Processing card payments through the company is what the rest of this page is about.
Any non-resident can file a US entity through a formation service. What the filing does not give you is what a merchant needs next: a US-resident person to sign for the company, a business bank account that stays open, and a merchant account underwritten by a US acquirer. Those three are granted to a person with a US address and a US credit file, not to a certificate, and that is where a non-resident's own file usually stops.
IBOCore sells the company as part of a package built around that person: an Independent Business Operator (IBO), a US resident with zero criminal record and a credit score of 650 or more, who is the director on file. The entity is an LLC or a C-Corp, incorporated in the director's home state, with its EIN issued, its bank account opened and its documents assembled before it is sold from the inventory.
This page covers the choices a non-resident merchant actually faces: entity type, state, what the package closes that a filing cannot, and what stays in your hands. The LLC file is detailed on US LLC for non-residents, the bank account hand-over on US company with a bank account, and the director's role on what is an IBO.
LLC or C-Corp: both are offered, the rest of the package is identical
The entity type changes the formation documents. It does not change the director, the bank account, the price or the delivery.
LLC
The file carries the articles, the operating agreement and the EIN letter, with the director as member and manager on paper. The LLC file, document by document, and the questions specific to it are on US LLC for non-residents.
C-Corp
A corporation with the director as its officer of record, its EIN issued and its bank account opened, exactly like the LLC. Which entity fits your structure is discussed with your representative before purchase; IBOCore does not advise on the tax side.
The same package around it
Whichever entity you pick: EIN issued, a KYC-verified director exclusive to you, a bank account at Bluebanc or Relay with full access, the complete document set, a professional email, a US residential proxy and a private Telegram group with your account manager.
The same two plans
The plan follows your billing model, not the entity type. White Hat: $1,999 setup, then $4,499 per month. Grey Hat: $2,499 setup, then 9% of deposit volume. Ongoing billing starts 30 days after delivery.
Which state: the director's home state, never a Wyoming or Delaware shell
The state on the certificate is read next to the address on the director's driver's license.
Wyoming and Delaware filings are sold on privacy and low fees, which suits a holding company. A merchant account application is a different exercise. The underwriter looks at the entity's state, the director's residential address, the bank account and the identity documents, and expects them to agree. A Wyoming entity managed by someone who lives elsewhere, at an address that belongs to a registered-agent office, reads as a shell on sight.
Every IBOCore entity is incorporated in the state where its director actually lives and holds a driver's license. The proof of address, the bank account and the articles then point to the same place, which is what a coherent KYB file looks like. The state is therefore not a menu: you get the director's state. The full reasoning is on which state to incorporate in for a merchant account.
Three things a non-resident cannot obtain alone
A filing service delivers the first line of the file. These three are granted to a US person, and the package supplies that person.
A US-resident signer
Banks and acquirers want a US resident with a US identity document, a US address and a US credit file to sign the account and the merchant application, where high-risk acquirers also ask for a personal guarantor. A non-resident cannot fill that line alone. In the package, the director is the signer: KYC-verified, exclusive to you, never used before, reachable for verification calls.
A business bank account that stays open
An account opened remotely in a foreign owner's name is exposed to automated review, and to closure, when the owner's country, the entity's state and the account do not line up. The package's account is opened at Bluebanc or Relay in the company's name by the resident director, and full operational access is handed to you: wires in and out, debit card, no minimum balance.
A merchant account
A US acquirer underwrites the entity, the signer, the bank account and the website as one file. With the package that file is coherent from day one. You apply with your own ISO or directly, the director answers the acquirer's calls, and onboarding typically takes 3 to 10 business days on the acquirer's timeline. IBOCore does not promise the decision.
Forming alone or buying the package
The same requirements, two ways of meeting them.
The do-it-yourself route is walked through on IBO package vs forming your own US LLC. It is enough when the company only invoices clients and never processes cards.
US companies for non-residents are permanently in stock and delivered the same day you purchase. Company names are masked until you sign in.
What stays in your hands
The director carries the legal layer. Everything that makes money is yours to run.
- The bank account. Full operational access: inbound and outbound wires, debit card, no minimum balance.
- The business. Products, funnels, offers, ads, pricing, refunds and customer service. The director has no say in any of it.
- The processor. Bring the ISO agent you already trust or apply directly. The package works with every major high-risk acquirer.
- The documents. The complete director and business file is handed to you on delivery: government ID, proof of address, articles, operating agreement, EIN letter.
- The exit. No clawbacks if a MID is terminated; the company can be used with another acquirer.
What IBOCore does not do
Said plainly, so nobody buys the wrong thing.
- No tax or legal advice. The entity's own US obligations are handled on the director's side; what the structure means for you at home is a question for your own adviser.
- No formation on demand. IBOCore does not incorporate a company to order in a state of your choice. The entity is sold inside the package, already formed in the director's home state.
- No director for an entity you already own. The signer is never sold separately. The package is the entity, the director, the bank account and the documents together.
- No aged or shelf entities. Every company is a fresh entity with a director who has never processed before.
- No prohibited verticals. Adult content and cam, online gambling, pharmacy and Rx, firearms and ammunition, crypto exchanges and custody, and anything fraudulent are refused. The full list is on industries.
- No approval promises. The acquirer decides. IBOCore delivers the file and the director who answers for it.
US company for non-residents, frequently asked
The follow-up questions non-resident merchants send on Telegram before choosing an entity.
Do I choose between an LLC and a C-Corp?
Yes. Both are offered, and both come with a director on file, the EIN issued, the bank account opened, the complete document set and the same price. The entity type changes the formation documents, not the rest of the package. Which one fits your structure is discussed with your representative before you pay. IBOCore does not advise on the tax consequences of either.
Why is the company in the director's home state and not in Wyoming or Delaware?
Because the file is underwritten as a whole. The state on the articles, the address on the director's driver's license, the proof of address and the bank account all have to agree. A Wyoming or Delaware entity with no resident behind its address is read as a shell by acquirers. Incorporating where the director lives is what makes the file coherent.
Can I keep a US company I already formed and just add a US director?
No. IBOCore sells one thing, the complete package: entity, director, bank account and documents built together around one KYC-verified US resident. A director is never attached to an outside entity and never sold as a stand-alone signer, because a file assembled from pieces of different origins is what an underwriter picks apart.
What does a US company for non-residents cost at IBOCore?
Two plans, chosen by billing model rather than by entity type. White Hat: $1,999 setup, then $4,499 per month, for standard high-risk e-commerce, dropshipping and info-products. Grey Hat: $2,499 setup, then 9% of deposit volume, for subscription and continuity billing. Ongoing billing starts 30 days after delivery in both cases.
Does it matter which country I run the business from?
The package is built for merchants based outside the United States. IBOCore reviews the business rather than the passport: what you sell, your volume and your processing history, submitted as proofs before dashboard access. No KYC documents, notary or travel are asked of you. The refusals published on the site are by vertical, listed on the industries page.
How do I pay for the package from outside the US?
In USDT or USDC, on ERC20 or TRC20. The invoice shows a deposit address and the exact amount, and the package is delivered on Telegram the same day the chain confirms the payment. Bank transfer is on the roadmap and is not available at checkout today, so do not plan the purchase around a wire.
